We are Jana and Brandon Saxon
(Monroe and Jude!)
Our home base is Columbia, SC but we travel anywhere you are! In our free time, we like to play with our daughter and teach her all sorts of new things! We also do fun stuff like hiking, trying new restaurants, hanging out with our pups, tasting quality craft beers, and watching all the Office seasons about three times a year.
Moments matter to us! After all is said and done, your wedding video will be one of the only things you have left to remember your day by! There are so many moments that happen in between, and a wedding film has the power to capture them in depth. You will be able to relive the day, your vows, and the speeches as if you were there all over again. We'd love to be the ones to do that for you! We capture your wedding video in such a way, that years later when you are watching your wedding videos again, you will feel the same emotions of joy and happiness that you felt on your special day. We approach your big day with a cinematic, photo-journalistic style so you can focus on your wedding day while we capture the amazing footage as it all unfolds. Meet Brandon
I'm a big Marvel nerd, a dark beer connoisseur, and I study foreign languages in my free time. If I could, I'd have two desserts instead of an entree for dinner. I love riding my bike around town (I used to ride about 30 miles a day!) I also have a few tattoos, and my next one will be an origami crane!
Meet Jana
I am the lead videgrapher and editor. I love to dance, so expect to see me bust a move at your wedding - even with you! I like coffee, sometimes a little too much. I just want to drink wine, save animals, and take naps - and film weddings, of course! I love wearing hats, I even have more hats than shoes!
Meet Monroe + Jude
I'm Monroe and I'm 5 years old. I love dancing with Mom and being silly with Dad. I love unicorns, reading, and making new friends! I want to be a vet when I grow up and of course a future-wedding-videographer-in-training.
I'm Jude and I'm 2 years old. I love singing along to Taylor Swift, coloring, playing drums. I am a future-wedding-videographer-in-training as well!
How did we pick our company name?
According to legend, anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes is granted eternal good luck. The cranes can also be given as gifts, as a way of wishing a long life full of good fortune and happiness for a loved one. At our wedding, we each folded a thousand origami cranes and hung them throughout our wedding venue to spread the love!
